Founded in 2021, the Allen County Public Defender’s Office is a full-time criminal defense firm that is dedicated to representing defendants in the Lima Municipal Court, the Allen County Common Pleas Court, and the Allen County Juvenile Court. Our attorneys and staff have over 100 years of combined experience in the Allen County criminal justice system.
To be eligible for representation by the Allen County Public Defender's Office, all applicants must be financially screened and found to meet State Public Defender Eligibility Guidelines.
